Does sweating more equate to more results?


I love HIIT workouts! And one of the best ...and worst (because it's hard, not because it's bad for me) is sprints on the treadmill. Give it a try. It will make you sweat like a gypsy with a mortgage 🤣😂😅

Sweating is a great way to detoxify through your pores. The skin is the largest organ of the body. HIIT workouts are an efficient way to get fitter. Your heart and lungs will show you.

Another tip:
sweat isn't fat crying....sweating is a sign of overheating. It doesn't mean the more you sweat, the more fat you burn. Yes, you can drop weight quickly but that's just water weight. Easy come, easy go. 

Overheating can decrease performance and results! So despite the feeling of hard work with all the sweat beads you're producing, this could just seem like results on the surface. Would you drive a car faster if you see the engine overheating?

Don't mistake this for sweating doesn't help. I'm just saying you can sit on your ass on a hot, humid day and sweat like a pig but that doesn't mean you're losing fat as you do nothing but sweat...amen?

You may be wondering what the optimal gym temperature should be. Based on research, you should workout at around 21 degrees Celsius

Fun fact...pigs don't sweat much...hence they swim in mud to cool themselves. You're welcome, interweb!
