Motivation to start, habit to infinity and beyond!


Don't rely on exercising whenever you're motivated because that won't bring consistency. Consistent action delivers results.

For example, consistent workouts changes your body for the better. And consistently eating crap will definitely add body fat.

You don't get your dream body by eating clean and exercising hard once but by consistently repeating that action. How can you be more consistent without too much effort or relying on motivation?

Building habits! Habits are so automatic and subconscious once they're ingrained. You just have to work initially to make exercise and nutrition a habit, once it's a habit, it's mindless and effortless.
