We are creatures of habit. And we don't discriminate between good or bad habits. Exercising first thing in the morning is a good habit. Biting your nails, twirling your hair, sucking your thumb, overeating are bad habits.

We build habits by doing things consistently until it becomes a routine. You don't just gain the extra weight by eating one cheese burger or get a six pack by exercising once. You've gotten to where you are now because of the habits you have built.

It doesn't matter if you have the perfect exercise routine or the perfect meal plan, if you don't consider the power of habit and learn how to make exercise or eating clean a habit, you will just revert back to your old routine.

In this program, you will learn how long it takes to build habits, how to slowly but surely add good habits, and what steps are necessary to finally achieve your fitness goals.
